My 40 years of experience as an IT professional has come in three phases.  For over 20 years, I was employed at a major computer company in the area until the corporation unfortunately had to fold.  I then worked at one of the larger universities in Boston until the bubble forced many of us in the field to lose our jobs.  It was at that time that I decided to go into business for myself, providing quality computer services to homes and businesses.  I recognized there was a need for "house call" sevice so people did not have to transport their computers to the "big box stores" where service and results were impersonal and less than satisfactory.  For the past 13 years I have been "It's The Computer Guy" working out of my home and available by appointment 7 days a week.

As part of my service policy, I do not answer my phone when at a clients's home or business. I strongly feel that if someone is paying for my time and experience, they deserve my undivided attention.  Therefore, please don't hesitate to leave me a voice mail or email as I always check messages when a current client's work is completed.  Although I may travel to several locations and be out of the "office" for many hours, I will respond to your needs and questions as soon as possible.
